Casa Calandra – 2+2 Posti letto

La Residenza, affacciata sulla splendida Baia di Canneto, nell’Isola di Lipari, è una antica dimora signorile recentemente ristrutturata, che gode di una delle più belle viste delle isole Eolie.

La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 60 scalini).

Il fiore all’occhiello della residenza è rappresentato dalle terrazze private, suddivise su due livelli, che si affacciano sulla spiaggia sottostante e sulla baia di Canneto.

La dimora, nel suo complesso, è un luogo adatto per chi ama panorami mozzafiato, albe incantevoli, l’eleganza della semplicità, il relax e la vicinanza al mare.

Composto da una camera matrimoniale, bagno eoliano, Sala cucina con divano letto.

 Verificata Casa fantastica! Se volete mettere la ciliegina sulla torta sulla vostra vacanza alle Eolie prenotate assolutamente! Terrazzo super (identico alle foto) con addirittura la doccia all’aperto. Casa bellissima con dettagli tipici siciliani. Posizione molto comoda: a 30 secondi a piedi dal mare e dalla fermata del bus che porta a Lipari.Per finire host e staff che gestisce l’ospitalità super disponibili e pronti a dare consigli sulla zona per vivere al meglio laVacanza.

 Verificata Domitia è una super Host, al nostro arrivo ci ha deluziati con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole, inclusa una bella bottiglia di vino fresca e delle birre. L'appartamento è curato nei dettagli e le terrazze sono mozzafiato.

 Verificata Un site exceptionnel, où nous pouvons contempler le lever du soleil, et la mer à perte de vue. Un excellent accueil avec quelques produits rudimentaires à disposition dès notre arrivée. La possibilité de circuler facilement en bus ou bateau. Je recommande.

 Verificata We had an amazing stay at Domitia's beautiful place! The terrace is unbelievable and we woke up with our jaws dropped every morning. Even the interior of the place was beautiful, fully equipped with everything and more. We were also greeted with a welcoming gift basket which made us feel special. The area was perfect with the beach at our doorstep and with buses going to Lipari every 30 min just outside. We would love to come back and stay at Domitia's place again, 10 out of 10 recommend.

 Verificata The big drawcard to Domitia’s home was the Terrace, very big, with great views to the beach. Will miss our daily swim & workout on the stairs:). House was quiet as 4km out of Lipari, bus stop very close & bus comes regularly. Lipari was a beautiful vibrant place. We will miss Canetto & Lipari a beautiful island.  Verificata Un posto fantastico con un host eccezionale! We loved this place so much during our first visit a couple of years ago that we had to come back! The residence is fantastic, with a stunning terrace offering the best views of Canneto Beach and the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. The beach is right below the house, and there are more beautiful spots within walking distance. Domitia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay whenever we had an issue. This is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway with amazing views. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

 Verificata We spent 3 great nights in the apartment for our honeymoon. The place had essentials in the fridge and snacks on arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is great and has everything that you would ever need for a couple of days enjoying the beach it’s only a few minutes walk from Spiaggia Bianchi. The balcony is huge. I’m not sure if it’s completely private but no one else ever came up there but only on our level and was amazing. Has a restaurant directly below and a supermarket 50 m away to get to Lipiri. It’s an easy bus ride or a taxi but we caught the bus every time as it’s very cheap. That is the one bad thing about is that it is a little isolated and a 15 min bus to Lipiri where all the nice restaurants and shopping is. The apartment is located up a hill, which is quite steep and about 40 steps up into the apartment, but he’s very close bus drop off

 Verificata Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni nella splendida location offerta da Domitia. Che dire ? Meraviglioso! La location è da incanto grazie alla posizione e al meraviglioso terrazzo affacciato sul mare che ti riempie gli occhi e il cuore. La casa è completa di ogni comfort, pulita e ben organizzata. Al vostro arrivo l’host mette a disposizione alcuni cibi e vivande molto apprezzati! Domitia e Noemi, sono state gentilissime e molto disponibili. Grazie!Una super esperienza, la consiglio.  Verificata Très, très bel emplacement ! Lever de soleil exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait sauf le Wi-Fi qui n'était pas fonctionnel. Toutefois fois Domitia, nous a trouvé un autre option. Supermarché à proximité, resto, cafés. Plusieurs plages à proximité dont la plage en bas de l'appartement. Parfaite, propre, eau claire. Le bus local passe plusieurs fois par jour. Je recommande fortement !
